          B.C. Architectural Designs was setup and registered as a Service Disabled, Sole Proprietor  Small Business in 2009. Mr. William H. Christ, Jr., a Vietnam Veteran, began in the 1980s as a Graphic Technical Designer.     Having a Master’s Degree in Urban Design and Teaching experience, he became the Visual Graphic Arts Educational Consultant for the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland for 4.5 years in the 1980s. Beginning in 1989, he continued a successful career in Vocational Education as an Adjunct Professor, teaching Construction Management, the Role of a Construction Supervisor, Change Orders and Blue Print reading. Since 2004, Mr. Christ has been a visionary and a Consultant for hundreds of Residential and Light Commercial projects in the Baltimore Metro Area. B.C.A.D. has become a full service Digital drafting and Interior Design consulting firm. Using digital photos and hands-on exacting field measurements of existing structures, we present our clients their completed and permited plans for both biding and construction use. City homeowners and contractors alike have used and relied upon B.C. Architectural Designs for well over 900 row house redesigns. Each of these dwellings, were in various conditions, taking them from complete gut rehabs to elegant town homes.

Conduct semi-annual on site fiscal monitoring visits and formal on- site training to sub-grantee agencies throughout the State of Maryland. Executive Director of The Annie Mae Jensen Foundation providing design, coordinate and implement marketing, plans to communicate with corporations, educational Institutions, decision makers and general public. President of You Construction, Inc. Baltimore, Maryland, developed and sold (70) houses. Census Bureau, Baltimore, Maryland; Network Engineer., Marriott Headquarters, Baltimore, Maryland, technical Engineer.
